Is Valorant Crossplay Between PC and Console?

An image related to the game Valorant

No, the game Valorant does not support crossplay between PC and console players. However, it does support crossplay between PlayStation and Xbox.

Riot, the developer of Valorant, chose not to implement crossplay between PC and console to maintain competitive integrity. The gameplay experience differs significantly between mouse-and-keyboard and controller setups, and in Valorant, even a slight advantage or disadvantage can decide the outcome of a round. By keeping separate queues for PC and console players, Riot ensures a fair and consistent experience on both platforms.

Cross-Platform Account Behavior

You can use the same account to play Valorant on PC and console. Your progression will remain consistent across the platforms, meaning your progress on various sections, such as Battlepass, recruited Agents, and in-game Skins. However, even if playing with the same account, in-game Valorant Ranks will not carry over between PC and console versions of the game.

The following are the in-game progress that will be carried over between the PC and console versions:

  • Account level
  • Valorant Points
  • Kingdom Creds
  • Radianite Points
  • Recruited agents
  • Skins
  • Battlepass progress.
